I think you might end up with a huge amount of information on this topic so I'd stick with the basics and major subheadings and then let others grow on it.
For research, make sure to do a links section with a link to the UMFA. Also, I like online sources so maybe a write up about current and up coming shows if you list those would be nice.
Also check Wiki's guidelines for this but maybe taking a picture of the building and including that.
Research and citations is a big part of this, but you won't have problems with finding information just because the museum has a lot to offer you already with its website and broshures.
Include who are the people in charge, when it was built, what kind of exhibits they host, etc.
